Shipment processing time 
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working day. (Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays unless this has been agreed in writing or purchased as an add-on service).

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping rates
• Orders over £50 – FREE Standard Delivery 
• Orders £49.99 and under – £3.99 Standard Delivery 
• Express Delivery – £4.99

Estimated delivery times
• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Collection
Free collection from our events is available. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a suitable time for pickup.
