Welcome to iCraft Design UK.
These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you visit https://icraftdesign.co.uk, create an account or purchase products from us.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Please also read our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, which form part of the information we provide about shopping with iCraft Design UK.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. About iCraft Design UK
iCraft Design UK offers arts and crafts products, DIY kits, children's creative kits, craft supplies and related products through our website.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our website.
However, when you purchase an iCraft product from our website, your purchase is made directly from iCraft Design UK, not Shopify. This distinction was included in the original Shopify Terms and has been retained.

2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for personal and lawful purposes.
You must not use our website:
- for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- to send harmful software, viruses or malicious code;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- to collect another person's information without permission;
- to impersonate another person or business;
- to send spam or unauthorised communications; or
- in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe our website is being misused.
These protections are a simplified version of the prohibited-use provisions in the original Terms.
3. Customer Accounts
You may be able to create an account on our website.
When creating an account or placing an order, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in serious breach of these Terms.
4. Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings or photography.
Many iCraft products are designed for creative and DIY activities. The finished result may therefore naturally differ from examples shown on our website.
Product packaging, colours or minor design details may occasionally change, provided this does not materially change the product you ordered.
All products are subject to availability.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality. UK consumer contracts cannot exclude these basic rights.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you should receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch your order.
We may be unable to accept an order if:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
- we cannot deliver to the address provided; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cannot accept your order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Please check your products, quantities, delivery address and other information carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at info@icraftdesign.co.uk.
UK online-selling rules also require customers to be given reasonable opportunities to correct errors in their order.
6. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The price you pay will normally be the price displayed when you place your order.
Any applicable taxes will be included or clearly shown as required. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the payment information you provide is accurate.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer sales, promotions or discount codes.
Individual promotions may have their own conditions, such as expiry dates, eligible products or minimum order values.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot normally be combined with another discount code and have no cash value.
Promotions may be changed or withdrawn where reasonably necessary, but this will not unfairly affect orders we have already accepted.
8. Delivery
Delivery options estimated delivery times and charges will be shown on our website or during checkout.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.
Occasionally, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or other unexpected events.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible products.
For most online purchases, UK consumers have the right to tell the retailer that they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to certain exceptions. Customers then generally have another 14 days to return them.
Our 30-day returns policy provides additional time and does not reduce your statutory rights.

10. Faulty, Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Products
We want your iCraft products to reach you in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at: info@icraftdesign.co.uk
Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and photographs where possible.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products.
11. Children's Products & Craft Kits
Some iCraft products are designed for children and family creative activities.
Please check and follow the recommended age, product instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with each product.
Some craft products may contain small parts, paints, adhesives, craft tools or other materials that may not be suitable for young children.
Children should be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult where required.
12. Intellectual Property
The content of our website, including the iCraft name, logos, trademarks, product photographs, images, graphics, videos, text and designs, belongs to iCraft Design UK, its associated companies, licensors or the relevant rights holders.
You may use our website for normal personal shopping and browsing.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our website content without permission, except were permitted by law.
13. Reviews, Comments & Customer Content
We may allow customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content.
If you submit content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe another person's rights.
Content must not be unlawful, offensive, misleading or inappropriate.
We may remove content where we reasonably believe it breaches these rules.
If you submit a review or content specifically for publication on our website, you give us permission to display and use that content in connection with our website and products.
This replaces the much broader provision in the original Terms that granted iCraft Design a perpetual worldwide commercial licence over all submitted feedback.
14. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may use or contain links to services provided by third parties, including payment providers, delivery companies, social media platforms and other website tools.
These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
However, using third-party services does not remove any responsibility we have to you under UK consumer law.
This combines the separate optional-tools and third party-links sections from the original Terms into one simpler section.
15. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously.
Personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our online store is hosted by Shopify and uses other service providers, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and trusted third parties that help us operate the website, process payments and fulfil orders.

The original Terms also explain Shopify's role in processing information through the hosted store.
16. Website Information & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.
Occasionally, there may be errors relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, delivery charges or other information.
We may correct genuine errors and update website information when necessary.
If an error affects an order, you have already placed, we will contact you and deal with the matter fairly and in accordance with your consumer rights.
We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption. Maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect access.
17. Our Responsibility to You
We will provide our products and services with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable UK law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law says otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including responsibility that cannot legally be excluded for death or personal injury, faulty goods or goods that are not as described.
The very broad warranty and liability exclusions contained in the original Shopify Terms have therefore not been carried across.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services, business or legal requirements.
The latest version will be available on this page and will show when it was last updated.
Changes will not unfairly alter the terms of an order that we have already accepted.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and purchases made through our website are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under applicable law regarding where you may bring a claim.
